Responsibilities

Actively source for employers and build talent pipelines for them to hire people with disabilities
Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process for hires, including sourcing, screening, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management
Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (such as local institute of higher learning, government agencies, corporations, mentors, social service agencies, and other partners)
Proactively develop contacts and networks to stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

Has a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in business development, account management, or sales
Is strong in working and networking with people
Takes the initiative, can be independent, and positively influences your team and colleagues
Is resourceful, result-driven, and can problem-solve
Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
Likes to learn and is able to learn on the job
